Where They’re Supposed to Be
Just saw an ageist commercial, my sister told me. It was an ad for a bra that promised to “keep the girls where they’re supposed to be.” Braless and proud, she noted that hers are exactly where they’re supposed to be. Another myth about age, she said.
Absolutely.
Here’s the deal: Advertisers can’t make a buck if you believe you’re OK the way you are. If your body has changed and you call it normal. If your hair is gray and you like it. If your skin looks different and you’re good friends with the mirror.
Hey, girls … you’re fine.
