It Ain’t Over

Yes, October 9th is behind us for this year—but choosing one date to celebrate Ageism Awareness Day just gets it into the news. Our real job is to keep awareness going, and to advocate for a society that respects and values people of all ages.

To do that, we need to recognize ageism whenever and wherever it occurs; keep the focus on the real problem (a culture that allows it); and call people in, inviting everyone to be a part of the solution.

There are many important things to discuss, and this is one of them.
