The UK’s Centre for Ageing Better is at it again: They’ve launched some fantastic new graphics and information as part of their Age Without Limits campaign.

The materials are focused on everyday things people say (and do) to older adults—like “You’re surprisingly tech savvy,” or “You should slow down”—and they point out that each of these “isn’t part of ageing. It’s ageism.”

Want to see them all? Go to AgeWithoutLimits.org and hit refresh a few times. Next, click on “Act now” for answers to the question, “What can I do?”

Then … notice, challenge, and help the world change.
