/consultant who focuses on creating age-friendly workplaces.

Janine’s been instrumental in movements to take down ageist media and messaging; she’s tackled ageist birthday cards; she developed a toolkit to help gauge candidates’ awareness of older workers’ needs and willingness to protect our rights …
